Want to make sure you get your deposit money back?

  • Participate in your pre-move out inspection! This is typically scheduled 1-2 weeks prior to move out. Ask questions and stay informed!

  • Attend your final inspection! Stay in the loop of any notes made by your manager. Get an emailed copy of your inspection with photos included!

  • When you attend BOTH inspections you've earned yourself TWO hours of free cleaning to catch anything you may have missed! We just want to thank you for taking an interest in your home! (This offer only applies to joint & several leases)

  •  If everything looks good, you just might make it onto the Entwood Hall of Fame! Cause who doesn't love taking a picture with a HUGE check with YOUR name on it!
